1. Order Cancellation

You may request to cancel your order within a limited time after placing it.

Cancellation requests must be made within 12–24 hours of placing the order
Once the order has been processed or shipped, it cannot be canceled
To request a cancellation, please contact us immediately with your order details

If your cancellation request is approved, a full refund will be issued to your original payment method.

2. Order Changes

We allow modifications within a short time window before processing.

You may request changes such as:

Shipping address updates
Product size or variant changes
Contact information corrections

Important:

Once the order enters processing, changes cannot be guaranteed
After shipment, no modifications are possible

Stilsol is not responsible for delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses provided at checkout

4. Orders Already Shipped

Once your order has been shipped:

It cannot be canceled or changed

5. Refunds for Cancellations

Approved cancellations will be refunded to the original payment method
Refund processing time is typically 5–10 business days, depending on your payment provider
